ARE YOU SAVED? WILL HEAVEN BE YOUR HOME?

How to be saved is as easy as A - B - C.

A - You must ADMIT that you are a sinner.

In the Bible in the book of Romans 3:23 it says "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Everyone is a sinner and you must ADMIT it before you can be saved. Unless you ADMIT you are a sinner there would be no need "in your mind" of salvation. The Bible says in I Timothy 1:15 ...that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners... Can you ADMIT you are a sinner, and need a Savior; Jesus Christ the Lord?

B - You must BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, God's Son.

John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:36 says "He that BELIEVETH on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that BELIEVETH NOT the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." Do you BELIEVE in the Lord Jesus Christ? Do you BELIEVE: In His virgin birth? In His sinless life? In His death on the cross? Do you BELIEVE in His resurrection from the dead? You must BELIEVE or you can not be saved.

If you have ADMITTED that you are a sinner, and BELIEVE in Jesus' resurrection from the dead. Are you now ready to be saved? First you must be willing to REPENT of your sins. Jesus said in Luke 13:3 "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." REPENTANCE is a necessary part of salvation and it means; first of all to agree with God that sin is sinful, secondly that you are willing to turn from sin to God, and thirdly that you will change your mind and purpose of life and apprehend the mercy and grace of God.

C - You must CALL upon the Lord for salvation and CONFESS your sin to Him, not any man.

Romans 10: 9,10 & 13 say, "That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the mouth CONFESSION is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall CALL upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Will you this moment bow in prayer to God and in your own words or by praying the following prayer from you heart ask God to save you for Jesus Christ's sake?

Dear Heavenly Father.

I ADMIT that I am a sinner in need of your salvation. I know that I can not save myself or pay for my sins. I BELIEVE that Jesus died on the cross for me and my sins and that He arose from the dead on the third day. I am willing to REPENT of my sins and to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive me of my sins and give me everlasting life. I now CALL upon the Lord Jesus to please save me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
